Bernard J. Mulholland is a principal in the firm of
Ford, Mulholland & Moran, P.C. He was, for
twelve years prior to forming his own firm, an associate
with the law offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc. He is a
member of and past chairman of the Workers' Compensation
Subcommittee of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial
Attorneys and of the Plymouth County Bar Association.
Mr. Mulholland is a graduate of Phillips Academy of
Andover, Harvard College, and Suffolk University Law
School. He is a former Assistant District Attorney
for Plymouth County. He has been representing
injured workers for the past sixteen years and has
lectured at numerous seminars sponsored by MCLE, Inc., as
well as by the Massachusetts Bar Association,
Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and various
other professional organizations.
